1. Overview
interlude. is operated by halfsight pty ltd ("interlude.," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
interlude. supports two account types: fan accounts, for logging support and earning points, and artist accounts, for viewing fan engagement data and running campaigns. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Points, badges, and rewards
Points, badges, and leaderboard rankings have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred, unless explicitly stated as part of a specific giveaway or promotion. We may adjust point values, remove fraudulently obtained points, or modify how points are calculated at any time.
4. Connected third-party services
interlude. lets you connect third-party accounts (including Spotify, YouTube, Tidal, Instagram, Bandsintown, Moshtix, and Meta ad accounts) to verify actions or retrieve data relevant to your account. You're responsible for complying with each third-party service's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those third-party services.
5. Artist advertising features
Artist accounts may connect their own Meta ad account to view advertising performance data and, where enabled, create or manage ad campaigns through interlude.. Artists remain solely responsible for their own ad spend, campaign content, and compliance with Meta's advertising policies. interlude. acts only on instructions from the artist who connected the account and does not access or manage another business's ad account without that business's own authorization through Meta's connection flow.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use interlude. to submit false or fraudulent activity, interfere with the platform's operation, or access another user's account or data without authorization.
7. Artist posts and email communications
Artist accounts may publish posts that are also sent to fans by email. Artists are solely responsible for the content of their posts and for complying with applicable anti-spam and electronic marketing laws when sending them, including obtaining any consent required and honoring unsubscribe or preference requests. interlude. provides the tools to compose, target, and send these communications, but does not review artist-authored content before it's sent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may stop using interlude. and request account deletion at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
interlude. is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
